Please join us for a storytime designed to promote early literacy skills through interactive stories, songs, games, and other fun activities! While content is geared toward preschoolers (ages 3-5 years), all are welcome to join in on the fun! The program runs for about 25 minutes, and families are invited to stay afterward for open play and socialization time. Open for all! This program has a mix of sensory elements, some high energy (e.g. singing and moving) and some low energy (e.g. listening quietly to stories). Let the children play while you chat and compare notes with other parents and caregivers. This program promotes interactive play among children and encourages them to share toys and bond with others. The program takes place outdoors when the weather permits.

Join us for a 50-minute class for adults that will provide an opportunity for you to relax through gentle stretching and mindful breathing. This class is designed for anyone who would like to slow down, connect with the body and calm the mind. Both beginners and experienced yogis are welcome. During the class, you will be guided through a series of yoga poses and mindful breathing techniques intended to calm the busy mind and stretch the body. Registration is required.
