Exploration Station: Juneteenth: Celebrating FreedomOn June 19, people all across the country will gather to commemorate a
moment of emancipation that occurred 161 years ago in Galveston, Texas. Stop by
this self-guided exhibit to learn more about Juneteenth, the fight for freedom
in the 1860s, and celebrations of emancipation over time. This self-guided table will be inside the A.E. Finley Center. FREE.
