In order to make online registration available we have updated the vendor application process. To apply to be a food vendor, please complete a Food Vendor Application beginning March 6, 2026. Click here to apply. Once the application is complete, click submit.
The application will be sent to the DPR staff member coordinating the event. DPR staff will review each application to confirm space is available as well as compare the food and beverage offerings listed on the application to ensure there is a balance of items for sale. Event staff will contact selected applicants to provide further instructions for payment of the vendor fees and others on their waitlist status.
All items being consumed by participants (whether it is beverages, food, desserts, frozen treats, ice cream, etc.) are considered to be a food vendor.

The City’s General Services Department is opening its mulch yard to the public beginning April 18, with operating hours from 8 a.m. to noon. The yard will offer wood chips produced by our Urban Forestry team - a natural blend of hardwood and softwood chips ideal for landscaping and gardening projects.

Join us on Saturday, June 13 at 10:30 a.m. at Historic Oak View for a walking tour focused on the history of Juneteenth and how the transition from slavery to freedom was experienced by Oak View's enslaved community. Discover stories of how African American families celebrated their liberation and the steps they took to plant seeds of freedom for themselves and their descendants. After the tour, participants will be invited to fold their own wildflower seed packet and reflect on what freedom means to them. Free and open to all, recommended for ages 4th grade and up. Registration is required for all participants.
We will run the program rain or shine, so please come prepared with weather appropriate clothing. The tour will take place outdoors and in non-climate controlled historic buildings, and includes standing and walking between buildings on paved brick paths.
