DESCRIPTION:This class is geared towards beginner paddles to learn the ba
 sics of kayaking in a fun and safe environment. We will teach you basic 
 water safety and strokes. Feel free to stay after and paddle on your own
  in order to explore all that Lake Michie has to offer. DPR Outdoor Recr
 eation will provide the equipment. Participants need to wear weather-app
 ropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Youth under 16 must be accompani
 ed by a registered adult. Preregistration is required for all participan
