FOOD SAFETY NOTICE:

With the increase in cases of cyclosporiasis in North Carolina and elsewhere this summer, we will be avoiding all uncooked vegetables and fruits in our Testers and Tasters dishes until further notice.

Testers & Tasters Cookbook Club is a place to talk about food and cooking!

Come share your experiments, experiences, triumphs, and tragedies.

This month we will be celebrating cookbooks that have won a prestigious James Beard Award!

There will be several cookbooks available to check out at the July meeting, as well as at the North Regional Library information desk after the meeting. You are also welcome to find a cookbook on your own, either from your own collection or the library's.

When you know the name of the dish you'll be bringing, please email the name and source to etobias@dconc.gov.

And don't forget some containers for leftovers!

Registration closes 24 hours before the meeting, but email me if you've missed the deadline and still want to come.
