About the event

Join us for the 56th Annual Bimbe Cultural Arts Festival! Apply for a 10x10 space.City Department spaces are for City of Durham Departments Only.

In order to make online registration available we have updated the vendor application process. To apply to be a vendor, please complete a Non-Food Vendor Application beginning January 5, 2026. When available, a link to the application can be found here. Once the application is complete, click submit.

The application will be sent to the DPR staff member coordinating the event. DPR staff will review each application to confirm space is available as well as review the business or organization offerings listed on the application. Our goal is to have a good mix of booths that fit well with the theme of the event. Event staff will contact selected applicants to provide further instructions for payment of the vendor fees and others on their waitlist status.
