About the event

Join us for an engaging hands-on learning opportunity! Field trips are an important element of a well-rounded education. They encourage place-based learning through movement, foster a connection with the community and its history, and promote continued discovery. Durham Parks and Recreation's field trips offer students engaging hands-on learning through customized experiences! During their field trip, students will participate in a variety of activities that will bring the history of the community and the natural environment of the park to life.
