About the event

Let’s get that heart rate up. Join us for a circuit training workout which includes muscular strength and endurance circuits while alternating muscle groups, such as upper body, lower body and core. There will be a 1-minute rest/clean-up and sanitize between exercises.

Ages: 18 yrs +,
