About the event

Challenge yourself and try something new, come Rock the Bell and see if kettlebell fitness is for you! Rock the Bell is a high intensity workout using kettlebells. Kettlebell workouts get your heart pumping and uses up to 20 calories per minute - about as much as running a 6-minute mile.
