Soulful Line Dance is a fun, exciting way to dance your way to fitness. Exercise your body and mind by dancing to lively upbeat music of the 1970s, 80s, and up to todays sounds. This class will combine low, moderate and high energy line dance routines that will help you burn calories. No previous dance experience is necessary.
