About the event

Do you want to make swimming a fitness lifestyle, fine tune skills, and build swimming endurance? It is a two session course with for 2 weeks with intermediate swim skill and the ability to swim one lap (25 yards) freestyle and want to learn how to build endurance, proper breathing techniques, and gain confidence to swim with a group. Clinics will focus on improving stroke technique and making swimmers comfortable swimming laps with a group. Clinics will be co-taught with DPR and Durham Area Masters Aquatics (DAMA).
