About the event

Lets Get Physical is a moderate-intensity water exercise class that uses the natural resistance of water to enhance cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and flexibility. Participants can move at their own pace through exercises designed to condition the entire body, making the class accessible to a wide range of fitness levels. No swimming skills are required to join, as the program is designed for comfort and safety in the water. For added convenience, a multi-visit pass is available for purchase on a Play More Card, providing a discounted rate per class.
