During this after-school program kids (ages 5-12) will explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM) through fun, hands-on activities!

About the event

During this after-school program kids (ages 5-12) will explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM) through fun, hands-on activities! Every other week we will learn about a new concept, then do a related project, experiment, or game to encourage critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration!

4/14/26: Biodegradable Seed Pots and Bean Planting! Note: We will be working outside on the patio, so please dress for the weather!

No registration is required. Open for all.

Mulch Yard Open to Public

The City’s General Services Department is opening its mulch yard to the public beginning April 18, with operating hours from 8 a.m. to noon. The yard will offer wood chips produced by our Urban Forestry team - a natural blend of hardwood and softwood chips ideal for landscaping and gardening projects.
