Testers & Tasters Cookbook Club is a place to talk about food and cooking!

Come share your experiments, experiences, triumphs, and tragedies.

This month's theme is YOU!

Well, actually your name. Your mission for April is to find and make a recipe whose title contains a word that starts with the first letter of your first name.

Examples:

If your first name starts with an E, you might look for Ethiopian recipes, recipes featuring eggs, eggplant, or edamame, or recipes that use the descriptors "easy," or "elegant,"

A "C" named cook could go for chicken, cheese, carrots, chocolate, Chinese, crunchy, cobbler, etc.

There won't be cookbooks on reserve at the desk for this one.

When you know the name of the dish you'll be bringing, please email the name and source to etobias@dconc.gov.

And don't forget some containers for leftovers!
