About the event

Are you interested in storytelling and filming? Join our teen film workshop series brought to you by Know to Grow to at Stanford L. Warren Branch Library! Teens will document their favorite places in Durham and compile the videos into a short film. Teens will sign out a digital camera to document the locations. Registration is required and participants will need to sign a photo realease form with their gaurdian. This program is for grades 9th to 12th.

Mulch Yard Open to Public

The City’s General Services Department is opening its mulch yard to the public beginning April 18, with operating hours from 8 a.m. to noon. The yard will offer wood chips produced by our Urban Forestry team - a natural blend of hardwood and softwood chips ideal for landscaping and gardening projects.
