These are just a few of the common myths surrounding Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Join us for a practical and engaging workshop to break these myths down and explore what the science actually says. Learn how fiber, FODMAPs, and probiotics affect IBS and feel more confident navigating nutrition choices that support gut health!

This workshop is presented by licensed and registered dietitian Lucy Hayhurst, founder of Well Balanced Nutrition.
