About the event
Join Durham's Poet Laureate, Chris Vitiello, for a fun and engaging workshop that will have you making poems out of your memories! Whether or not you consider yourself a poet or writer, come learn simple techniques for turning personal memories into meaningful (magical/expressive/heartfelt/delightfully quirky) poems. Expect creativity, conversation, and plenty of inspiration. No experience necessary--perfect for writers of all levels.
Workshop is 1 hour, followed by an optional 30 minute writing time.
