About the event

School-age kids (K-5th grade) are encouraged to join Ms. Abbie in the children’s programming room for a different craft each session! This time we'll be making pinwheels to celebrate Library Fest 2026 -- The Stories that Built U.S.! Library Fest runs from April 20-25, so be sure to check out our other programs and events during this time.

Mulch Yard Open to Public

The City’s General Services Department is opening its mulch yard to the public beginning April 18, with operating hours from 8 a.m. to noon. The yard will offer wood chips produced by our Urban Forestry team - a natural blend of hardwood and softwood chips ideal for landscaping and gardening projects.
