As part of the Summer Reading Kickoff, the Friends of the Durham Library will conduct a book sale in the Auditorium at the Main Library on Saturday, June 13.

As part of the Summer Reading Kickoff, the Friends of the Durham Library will conduct a book sale in the Auditorium at the Main Library on Saturday, June 13.
We'll have a wide variety of children's books for between $1 and $3.
For grown-ups, we'll have fiction books in all their variety - general fiction, mysteries, romance, science-fiction/fantasy/horror, short stories, and young adult books. Hardcover books are $5 each, while softcover books are $3 each. Types of payment accepted - credit/debit card, cash, checks and Apple Pay.

Parking is available in the library lot or at the North Queen Street Garage which is locate at 115 North Queen Street which is located directly across the street from the library. Parking is free in the garage. Bring your parking ticket to a library service point for validation.
The Friends of the Durham Library is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that supports Durham County Library with continuing education scholarships for staff, grant funding for programs and events, and other forms of staff support. They accept donations of CDs, DVDs, books, puzzles, and games which they then sort and sell back to the community.
