About the event

In this workshop, you will learn the basics of quick pickling, also known as making refrigerator pickles. Come relish in the moment and learn the process of quick pickling with a variety of vegetables and herbs grown in our demonstration garden, experiment with different flavor combinations, and take home your own jar of pickled goods! This is BYOJ, so please bring your own clean and sterilized jar to this program.
