Safe Swim Lessons - Teen/Adult

This week long program will help adults to become comfortable in the water and learn basic knowledge and skills for aquatic safety, survival, and recreational swimming.

About the event

This week long program will help adults to become comfortable in the water and learn basic knowledge and skills for aquatic safety, survival, and recreational swimming. They will develop an awareness of how to stay safe in and around the water. The Swim Safe Program is sponsored by Safe Kids Durham County. NOTE: Teens and Adults must attend all five days. Registration will only be accepted in person, no online registration. Location and Date TBA.

Evening Family Storytime

Join us for an evening storytime filled with stories, songs, dancing, and coloring! All ages are welcome. All children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult. This storytime is presented by all of the Children's librarians at Main on a rotating basis.
